Line 391-99 is an upright winter-hardy shrub rose with dentate medium pink flowers.  The frilly shape of the petals is quite unique and different from other roses.

Fragrance: Slight
Floral characteristics: 3.5 to 4 inches (9 to 10 cm) in diameter, clusters of 4 to 5 with about 20 petals
Bud characteristics: Medium pink
Foliage: Adequate with medium green leaves
Leaf shape: Ovate, acuminate and dentate

Location: Observed for 6 years at Green Valley, Ontario, Canada
Hardiness zone: Canadian plant hardiness zone 5 or USDA zone 4
Protection: Winter snow
Winter injury: To the snow line or slightly below
Flowering: June to September with recurrent flowering
Diseases: Highly resistant to powdery mildew and good to very good resistance to black spot
Propagation: Easily propagated from softwood cuttings and grows well on its own roots
