Line 355-99 is a small winter-hardy floribunda-like rose with a reasonably upright growth habit and deep pink flowers.  Its size makes it well suited for rock garden planting.

Floral characteristics: About 3.0 inches (8 cm) in diameter, clusters of 4 with about 25 petals
Bud characteristics: Very deep pink

Diseases: Highly resistant to powdery mildew and good resistance to black spot
Propagation: Easily propagated from softwood cuttings and grows well on its own roots
