Line 34-01 is a winter-hardy Old Garden type rose with light yellow flowers.  Most of the stamens seem to have been converted to petals.

Growth habit: Upright to 46 inches (117 cm) and 26 inches (66 cm wide)
Flower color: Light yellow
Fragrance: Slight
Floral characteristics: 4.5 inches (11 cm) wide, 3 to 5 per cluster with many petals
Bud characteristics: Light yellow with a hint of pink
Foliage: Adequate and light green
Leaf shape: Ovate, acuminate and dentate

Location: Observed for 5 years at Green Valley, Ontario, Canada
Hardiness zone: Canadian plant hardiness zone 5 or USDA zone 4
Protection: Winter snow
Winter injury: Above the snow line
Flowering: June to September with recurrent flowering
Diseases: Highly resistant to powdery mildew and very good resistance to black spot
Propagation: Easily propagated from softwood cuttings and grows well on its own roots
