Line 230-99 is another winter-hardy (only snow for protection) floribunda-like rose with an upright growth habit and cherry pink flowers whose petals are edged with tiny strokes of white.  This effect coalesces to a solid white towards the center of the high centered flower with incurved petals.

Growth habit: Upright to 22 inches (56 cm) in height and width
Flower color: Cherry pink with tiny strokes of white which coalesce to a pure white at the center
Fragrance: Slight
Floral characteristics: 3.5 inches (9 cm) in diameter, clusters of 3 to 4 with about 25 or more petals
Bud characteristics: Cherry pink
Foliage: Abundant, medium to dark green
Leaf shape: Ovate, acuminate and dentate

Location: Observed for 6 years at Green Valley, Ontario, Canada
Hardiness zone: Canadian plant hardiness zone 5 or USDA zone 4
Protection: Winter snow
Winter injury: To the snow line or slightly below
Flowering: June to September with recurrent flowering
Diseases: Highly resistant to powdery mildew and good resistance to black spot
Propagation: Easily propagated from softwood cuttings and grows well on its own roots
